Payment of Fees

Monthly Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Full Tuition is due before enrollment, via Check.

Late Charges

$150 Late Fee will be charged on monthly tuition after the 3rd. An additional $50 after the 5th of the month.

Absence Policy

If your child is absent, full tuition is still due. No exceptions.

Holiday Policy

Rates are pro-rated into 48 weeks (approx.. 11 months). School is CLOSED 2 weeks in winter, 1 week in spring, 1 week in summer. Closed for all legal holidays and school holidays, including the Friday after Thanksgiving. Full tuition is still due.

Extra Days

Any deviations from your child’s schedule will incur additional fees.

After 5:30 pm

You will be charged $5 for each minute after 5:30. Please pay directly to the teacher on duty when picking up your child.

Vacation

Vacation credit does not apply. If your child is absent or on vacation, tuition must be paid before vacation to hold your spot. No exceptions.

Registration Fee

To secure your child’s spot, first full month’s non-refundable tuition is due, plus a $250 non-refundable registration fee and $65 fee for state-mandated Emergency Earthquake Kit.

Returned Checks

You will automatically be charged $25 for any returned checks, plus any other bank charges related to the NSF.

Advance Payments

First month’s tuition is required at time of enrollment. Non-refundable.

Past Due Tuition

Anyone falling one week behind in tuition payment, your child cannot return to school until overdue tuition is paid, including applicable late fees and any overdraft charges.

Waitlist

First full month’s tuition is due to be added to waitlist. Non-refundable.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal from school requires ONE MONTH NOTICE. Parents are responsible for full tuition for the whole month of school, whether your child attends or not. No exceptions

CPS Dismissal

CPS has the right to refuse service to anyone or dismiss a child that has already been enrolled in the program.

After-Hour Pickups

An additional service fee of $50 applies for picking up your child after 5:30 PM.

Summer Camp

There is a $400 increase for the 4-week summer camp program.

Potty Training

As we transition your child from diapers to potty training in-house, there will be a $200 monthly fee until your child achieves consistent accident-free days. This is in addition to your regular monthly tuition and reflects the extra resources and attention required during this critical phase of development. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
